We currently ship within Malaysia only. Regular orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
Keep it away from water, solvents and harsh cleaners.
Store it fastened to fabric or flat, so the clutch stays on and the enamel does not get scratched.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

Within Malaysia only. Flat rate: RM6.50 to Semenanjung, RM15 to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Orders are processed in 3 to 5 business days after payment, and delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are. You get a tracking number by email once it ships.

How can I pay?

FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost, and debit or credit cards. Payments run through HitPay.

Can I return or exchange it?

All sales are final. We only take returns or exchanges when the item that arrives is defective or wrong. In that case, email kedai@mandiri.my within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the problem.

Will it look exactly like the photos?

Close, not identical. Colours, print placement and finish can shift slightly between production and screens, and that is not counted as a defect.
